Groomens looking so cool
The morning of Kirstie and Ethan’s Barn at Alswick wedding began with heavy rain. However, as so often happens on wedding days, the weather changed at just the right moment.
As soon as Kirstie and her dad stepped outside to take their pre-wedding drive in the beautiful VW campervan from Silk and Satin Weddings, the rain stopped completely.
It felt like perfect timing for the start of their Barn at Alswick wedding ceremony, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy the celebrations ahead.

A father so proud of his daughter
One of the things I love most about photographing a Barn at Alswick wedding is the incredible variety of backdrops available for wedding photography.
The gardens surrounding The Barn at Alswick create the perfect environment for relaxed and natural photos. Every corner of the venue provides beautiful settings for capturing moments between the couple, their family, and friends.
My photography style focuses on natural storytelling. I love combining:
Candid moments between guests
Relaxed couple portraits in the gardens
Fun moments during the reception
Classic family photographs
Together these images tell the full story of a Barn at Alswick wedding day.

The joyous couple as husband and wife
Kirstie looked absolutely stunning in her beautiful wedding dress from Dolly’s Bridal Boutique, while Ethan looked incredibly smart in his sharp suit from Moss Bros.
Their style perfectly complemented the relaxed countryside feel of their Barn at Alswick wedding, creating an elegant yet informal atmosphere throughout the day.
